How I review

Where do prices come from?
Only from each vendor’s official pricing page. Every price on the site shows the date I checked it and links to the source. If I can’t read a price reliably (for example, a page that only loads in an app or changes by location), I don’t quote it. I link you to the official page instead.
Have you tested every tool?
Not yet, and I won’t pretend otherwise. Pages based on official documentation say so. Hands-on notes, screenshots and ratings are added only after I’ve used a tool on a real account, with the plan and date stated.
What do I score?
- Price and value at small-business scale (including renewal prices)
- Ease of setup and daily use
- Features on the entry plans
- Support
- Performance or deliverability where it applies
[Cathy to add: scoring weights and re-check cadence, e.g. every 90 days]
Do commissions affect rankings?
No. Tools without an affiliate program are included when they’re the right answer, and every tool gets trade-offs listed.
What I never do
No fake reviews or testimonials, no invented test results, no made-up discounts.
