Is the free plan really free for 5 users?
Yes, but Zoho states the 5 free users apply only to the free plan; once you upgrade, every user is billed at the paid rate.
Is Zoho Mail private?
Zoho describes its mail as private and ad-free, and says Zoho Mail and WorkDrive comply with HIPAA.
Who should use it?
Small teams that want a professional address on their own domain at low cost, especially if they already use Zoho Books or Zoho Bookings.
